Thank You for Your Service

I’ve long been a fan of local radio, and listen to small stations whenever possible, whether on vacation or at home. My car radio is permanently set to WRCR, Rockland County Radio, which is located at 1700 on your AM dial.

For the past 6 months, I have hosted a monthly program called “Thank You for Your Service”, which focuses on issues related to veterans and the people who care about them.

On this episode, I was joined by co-host David Isaac. We discussed the homeless veterans hoax in Orange County, how to “vet” different Veteran programs, the Veteran book club and its upcoming trip to Gettysburg, PA. Caller Ray Furlong calls in to the program to discuss Chapter 333 of the Vietnam Veterans of America, their annual Memorial Day Watchfires, and their upcoming pig roast.

Please give a listen to this episode as well as previous months, and thank you for your support.

Veteran. Detective. Funeral Director. Advocate. Professor. Volunteer. Father. Husband. Republican nominee for Clarkstown Town Council, Ward One.
