From the time I was 17 years old, I have dedicated my life to service. I am a US Army Combat Veteran, a former INS Special Agent, and a retired NYPD Detective with assignments to the Joint Terrorism Task Force and the Vice Enforcement Division’s Major Case Human Trafficking Team. Since my retirement, I have served Rockland County’s Veteran community, first as a Veteran’s Service Officer advocating for injured service members, and currently as the Director of the Joseph P. Dwyer Veteran’s Peer to Peer support program at Bridges.
My work has brought me from my childhood in Brooklyn to Europe, the Middle East, and all across the United States. I have lived in a wide variety of communities, but I knew when I arrived in Clarkstown, it was home. I raise my family here, I work here, and I want to serve my community here.
